All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted although standard postage is FREE for many items widely available within UK. Please see Customer Information for details.
For UK deliveries, we accept payment by Paypal, most major credit and debit cards and by cleared cheque. For card security reasons we operate a WORLDPAY secure facility for online payments or a phone payment facility so that entry is directly into our card payment terminal and no details are stored. Cash payments are accepted for personal collections only. For overseas deliveries, payment is by Worldpay online or Paypal only. Payments are requested within 7 days please. Goods will be despatched once payments are cleared.
For future releases, which are not yet in stock, reservations may be taken (subject to availability). Please call to make arrangements. We reserve the right to take deposits where appropriate.
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. As well as being offered on line, they are also available in our store. In many cases, by their nature as limited editions or one of a kind, once they're gone, they're gone. Calls or e-mails to confirm availability prior to purchase are welcomed. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Once we have checked availability, we will confirm this to you and orders are only accepted on this basis. For payments by Worldpay or Paypal, in the rare event that an item becomes unavailable before we are able to update our website, an immediate refund will be arranged.
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them. You must advise us within 14 days and the goods must be received back into stock within 28 days. Any faults must be identified within the fourteen day period. Please note that personalised special orders are non-returnable and no refund will be given unless faulty.
For other non-personalised items, a refund or credit will be given which may be applied against other stock items.
Please note that it is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax or letter. The goods must be returned in original, saleable condition with all original packaging, certificates etc at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use an insured delivery service.
Please be assured that your personal details will only be used by us to take and fulfil your orders, keep you informed of new products or events that you may be interested in and for administration and service purposes. Information will only be disclosed to third parties for goods delivery purposes. We will never sell your details and with the exception of delivery matters, we will never give your details to any third party.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
